Processing rates vary by region and industry type. If you are only interested in processing checks or cryptocurrency,
check out our Alternative Payment Methods or contact a member of our Sales Team for more information.

A hosted payment page is a page that is redirected at checkout to help provide additional details to you and your customers.

The hosted payment page is what allows alternative payment methods and Fraud Shield to work.

Cryptocurrencies are a large chunk of sales online right now and only growing over time. Cryptocurrencies also allow anonymity for customers who may not want to share sensitive information.

Our Crypto solution allows you to sell to customers in cryptocurrency, and receive Fiat currency with low costs to you.

Fraud Shield uses our Hosted Payment Page to gather customer data to help detect potential fraud and automatically decline or flag transactions depending on your needs. Fraud Shield can also be fine tuned to your specific business through the Fraud rules system.

No system is perfect, but Fraud Shield can reduce the number of chargebacks through tracking of IP address, locational data, velocity filters, and the Omnicore system.

Fraud shield will work for all Shopify, WooCommerce, and Wix Merchants

eCheck allows flexibility for your customers by allowing the option to pay directly from their bank account.

eCheck works with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Wix.

Invoicing allows you to sell products at any price, making bulk sales easy. Services provided that demand unique pricing are facilitated well through invoicing. Merchants who provide services instead of physical products also find it best to send invoices.

Invoicing will work with all platforms.

Subscriptions work for all Shopify and WooCommerce as well as some Wix Merchants depending on your needs.

Within the Bankful portal, you can track and manage all of your customer’s subscriptions. Customers can also manage their own subscriptions through the Customer Portal.

Depending on your current payment ecosystem, it is possible to transfer subscriptions to Bankful, but this is unlikely in most cases.

A chargeback is a forced transaction reversal initiated by the cardholder’s bank. Too many chargebacks can put your processing account in jeopardy of closure. You can dispute chargebacks, but only have a limited amount of time to do so.

It protects your merchant account. Notifications of chargebacks are sent via USPS which takes several days, when you only have a small window to dispute it. Early notification allows you time to dispute the chargeback before it goes against your processing account.

Smaller banks and credit unions may not report chargebacks to the outlets used for early notification, so you will need to still address any notifications received via mail immediately.
